Our flagship program is built for members in our community that want to get stronger, improve their conditioning, look and feel great, and have fun while they train. Each daily workout includes notes and suggestions for performance, promoting success for various skill levels and fitness goals. This program is featured in our group classes (crossfit) and our coaches will teach you how to make the most of each workout.
Customized programs are available for members with specific goals or unique strategies for their fitness such as preparing for a race or competition, rehabbing an injury, or balancing multiple sports throughout the year. Members can choose to follow our flagship program through classes, open gym hours, they can subscribe to a customized program, or they can blend these options.
The combination of PT and fitness coaching is our specialty. Whether it’s modifying a movement in a group class or performing a stint of rehab, our coaching and programming always revolves around one thing: continue to find ways to improve health and fitness. Services such as 1:1’s and custom programs assure you have the best strategy to keep training and make progress.
