WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MEMBERSHIP AND CUSTOMIZED PROGRAMMING?Our members are able to take advantage of our group fitness classes (crossfit), open gym training, and have access to our flagship program. Customized programs and coaching services are available and can be added onto any membership.

WHAT SORT OF PROGRAMMING IS PROVIDED IN THE MEMBERS FLAGSHIP PROGRAM?Our flagship program is built for members in our community that want to get stronger, improve their conditioning, look and feel great, and have fun while they train. Each daily workout includes notes and suggestions for performance, promoting success for various skill levels and fitness goals. This program is featured in our group classes (crossfit) and our coaches will teach you how to make the most of each workout.

HOW DO I KNOW IF I SHOULD BECOME A MEMBER OR SUBSCRIBE TO CUSTOMIZED TRAINING?Customized programs are available for members with specific goals or unique strategies for their fitness such as preparing for a race or competition, rehabbing an injury, or balancing multiple sports throughout the year. Members can choose to follow our flagship program through classes, open gym hours, they can subscribe to a customized program, or they can blend these options.

WHAT IF I WANT TO TRAIN ON MY OWN WITH A PERSONAL TRAINER?Personal training sessions are available in 8-session packages. You do NOT need a membership to perform personal training. You and your coach will work together at your preferred time with a focus on your specific goals.

DO I NEED EXPERIENCE TO START?NO, we have many first-time athletes amongst our community. No matter the age, fitness background, or health status, we regularly welcome new members and we are confident that the experience of our community will help everyone make progress.

HOW DOES EFFORT RX PROVIDE PT SERVICES? DO I NEED A DR. REFERRAL?Physical Therapy is offered in a 1:1 setting for 60 min sessions. You do NOT need a Dr. referral for our clinicians to work with you.

WHAT IF I NEED A COMBINATION OF PT AND FITNESS COACHING?The combination of PT and fitness coaching is our specialty. Whether it’s modifying a movement in a group class or performing a stint of rehab, our coaching and programming always revolves around one thing: continue to find ways to improve health and fitness. Services such as 1:1’s and custom programs assure you have the best strategy to keep training and make progress.
