Effort Rx 2026 March Strength Cohort

Program Design and Purpose: We want athletes in the program to learn HOW develop proper strength movements, WHAT quality movement and intensity should feel like, and WHERE their development will take them if they continue to make progress

  • Fitness aspects we will train

    • Sessions will include preparation, modifications, and progressions of fundamental strength movements (squat, hinge, press, pulls)

    • We will target moderate intensities of strength and conditioning modalities

    • Prehab/mobility and recovery aspects for when things don’t feel quite right

  • Training expectations and structure

    • Given the frequency and intensity of our 60min sessions, we are excited to push our athletes to an effective level while also allowing them to recover and enjoy other areas of fitness or sport

  • The “Cohort Model”

    • Our cohort approach is designed to put like minded athletes together as they work toward common goals. We understand the value of community, especially at the small group level and how that helps accountability to making progress. We tailor the training program to each cohort to assure progress and provide consistent coaching from start to finish. Simply put, we structure cohorts to stick together, learn and grow with each other, and make progress toward common goals.
