Teen Strength & Conditioning Summer 2026 Cohort

Our cohort approach is designed to bring like minded athletes together as they work toward common goals. We create training programs for each cohort to promote coaching and individualization while also leveraging the value of small group accountability. Simply put, we structure cohorts to stick together, learn and grow with each other, and make the most of hard fitness work.

Program Goals

This program was created to develop an excellent fitness base. We will teach evidence-based health and fitness principles that help younger athletes grow in a sustainable way. Athletes will also build a unique coaching relationship to assure an individualized fitness experience in a group environment
HOW
Program Design
Cohort Classes are 60min and will be offered 2 days / week, all at the same predetermined time
The cohort will run for 12 weeks, with a progressive intensity that ends with tests that will show progress over time
Anticipated Cohort Schedule: June 1st - August 21st
The cost of the Cohort is $85/week, billed as monthly payments

Participants are teenagers that have a fitness background and/or training experience
Participants are interested in an effective way to boost athletic performance and overall health while reducing injury risk
Participants seek accountability and positive influence from other hard workers in the room

Completing this application does not guarantee you a spot in the upcoming cohort and no payment is due upon completion of this application.
A follow up text will be sent to the email provided to find a time for a phone call.
FAQs
What if i cant make it to one of the training sessions?
We encourage participants to make at least 1 session per week to maintain effective training.
Can I pay for just the sessions I can attend?
This 12 week program will be based on a 3 month commitment, once we have our group participants signed up it will be a closed group.
How much experience do I need before signing up?
No specific training experience is needed, we can modify or scale intensities and movement patterns.
I’ve had an injury or am currently less than 100%, can I still enroll?
Yes, we can help navigate certain injuries or training needs to make the most out of our workouts.
What if I have specific fitness goals or other training needs?
Share those goals or other training focuses during your discovery call and we can make suggestions how to optimize your training.
