Initial Conversation

I know any commitment during the summer time requires scheduling around all the responsibilities you have as an adult. Let's have an initial conversation to make sure this works for you logistically, understand your goals by the end of this cohort, and how you and I can work together to execute it.

1:1 Evaluation

I do a 1:1 evaluation that is included in the summer cohort package because I know when bodies get some mileage on them, aches and pains or an injury history are inevitable. That's why as a physical therapist I can look at the ways to keep you moving and performing despite an injury history.

Small Group Training

Our summer cohort is developed for a maximum of six people. This allows for intensive coaching towards performance and strength development. 

The small group still allows for a team like atmosphere and accountability while leveraging a physical therapist as the coach for a unique level of individualization.
