Initial Reach Out
I know beginning any new strength program as a teenage athlete means juggling a thousand different schedules and sport specific demands. Contact me for an initial conversation if we are the right fit for you.

1:1 Evaluation
Whether you are in-season or off-season I know that even young athletes can feel beat up or develop aches and pains. My program begins with a 1:1 evaluation from a physical therapist to determine if I see any imbalances, impairments, or other needs. A solid foundation helps youth athletes to develop the strength and power.

Small Group Training
My teen strength program is developed and tailored to the high school athlete. With that in mind, I know that teen athletes need a coach that can ensure technical competency and push them... in the right ways, at the right times. Groups are no more than six athletes per training session.
